Wiq

Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-26

Template: have a lawyer review these terms for the countries you sell in before you launch.

These terms are an agreement between you and Wiq (“Wiq”, “we”) for using the Wiq website and apps. By creating an account or using Wiq, you agree to them.

1. Education only, not financial advice

Wiq teaches trading concepts using simulated markets and a paper trading account with pretend money. Nothing in Wiq is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Results in Wiq do not predict results with real money. Trading real markets is risky and most day traders lose money. You are responsible for your own decisions.

2. Your account

3. Wiq Pro subscriptions

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Wiq: no breaking into accounts or systems, scraping, reselling or copying the lessons, or getting around the subscription.

5. Our content

Wiq’s lessons, charts, software and logo belong to Wiq. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them.

6. No warranty, limited liability

Wiq is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any trading losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Ending things

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Wiq at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
